Quadruple Room with Mountain View in Nuwara Eliya
Warm wooden interiors and bridge-style architecture, with two king beds, individual heaters and two private balconies over the valley. It sits in a timber-lined house on the hillside above Nuwara Eliya, where the tea slopes begin and the air turns cold once the sun drops behind the ridge.
The room is en suite with hot water at any hour, a wardrobe, extra blankets for the cold nights, and satellite television you will probably ignore in favour of the terrace. Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the house. Breakfast is cooked to order, Sri Lankan or western, and rice and curry dinners come out of our own kitchen if you tell us the day before.
Because we run the house and the tours ourselves, the same people who hand you the key will drive you to Ramboda Falls in the morning. Free private parking is on site, and Nanu Oya station is a short collection away if you are arriving by train.

What time can I check into this room?
Check-in runs from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and check-out from 5:00am to 11:00am. Tell us your arrival time in the booking notes and we will have the room ready, earlier arrivals can leave bags with us and head into town.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Breakfast is an optional add-on at $4 per person per night, cooked to order, Sri Lankan or western. Add it when you request the room, or decide on the morning; either works.
Is there free parking at the guest house?
Yes, free private parking on site, no reservation needed. The drive up is steep but sealed, and any car handles it.
How far is the room from Nuwara Eliya town?
The post office in the centre of town is 1.4km away and Victoria Park 1.7km, a short drive or a walk downhill. Nanu Oya train station is a 4.8km drive and we can collect you from it.
